Individual Communications & Electrical Services is a licensed ACA contractor with endorsements in Cat 5e, Cat 6, Coaxial Cabling and Optic Fibre. Intercoms
We carry out a wide range of intercom system installations, from video entry systems on a single-entry front gate with internal video monitor at your home, through to large residential complexes with numerous entry points and multiple residents. These systems can also record who has accessed your intercom, provide remote access via your mobile phone and keyless entry via ‘smart’ keypads or fobs. We can arrange for you to be able to access your home intercom whilst at work, talk to and view any visitors (or your delivery driver, and allow them access to your property to deliver that important parcel!) all via your mobile.
Air Conditioning
ICES can supply, install, clean and maintain your air conditioning system. We provide a selection of brands to choose from for your home or commercial space.We strongly recommend regular maintenance of the unit be carried out yearly to ensure it is operating efficiently and economically.
‘Smart’ Home - automate your home
At Individual Communications and Electrical Services, we offer KASTA, a simple to use and affordable smart control product for home automation. KASTA can be easily incorporated into your new build, upcoming renovation, or retrofitted into your existing electrical services, allowing you to add as much or as little automation as your budget will allow. A KASTA installed system can be installed effortlessly into the existing wiring infrastructure, and in most cases can use existing switch plates and power outlets. The system also comes with a user-friendly mobile app with Bluetooth relay and dimming technology, allowing you to control it with the push of a button.
